Bit-‘o-glue

I love the fixture. It’s exactly as presented in the offer. However, the band (the part with the design) attaches to the top and bottom using pre-glued parts. The glued areas remain exposed and most assuredly, these exposed areas will collect dust. Because of the glue, it will be impossible to clean. Had I been aware of this, I would not have purchased this item. Sorry.

Nice light, difficult installation

The light is great. Delivery was very fast. But installation instructions were lacking and hardware was incomplete. The screws provided, which I assume were for attaching the light fixture to the bracket, were way too long. After multiple attempts to hang the light (mounting and Unmounting each time) I finally figured out that the threaded holes in the bracket had to be used and at the length of screw protruding through the canopy had to be calibrated before attaching the fixture to the bracket). It would have been helpful if this was described in the instructions. And also, it would have been nice if another set of screws to attach the bracket to the electrical box were also provided - I had to find my own.

All together great light, but bad installation experience that took far longer than it ought to have.

Thanks for your review and information about your installation experience. The screws were made to accommodate the most common ceiling junction boxes. They can be adjusted internally usually before the ceiling plate is attached. We are working with our manufacturer to help rectify this occurrence. We will also review our written instructions.

Super gorgeous! Kiddo loved it. Went super well with his car decals. Was easy enough to put together. Had some issue with a really long screw that we just cut down to size but otherwise, LOVE LOVE LOVE~
